Will's Recommended Dosing Schedule:

Berberine Max: Take 1 capsule 30 mins prior to a meal twice a day (breakfast and dinner).

FiberLean Max: Take 1 - 2 scoops with water 30 minutes prior to your largest meal of the day. Drink it FAST!

Probiotic Max: Take 1 capsule any time you’d like. I prefer the evenings.
